Virginia Tech architecture and engineering students designed a solar house, LUMENHAUS, that won first place at the 2010 Solar Decathlon Europe in Spain. LUMENHAUS is a zero-energy home that is completely powered by the sun.

A student team in the Virginia Tech College of Engineering is providing the blind with an opportunity many never thought possible: The opportunity to drive.
